I have been on a roll lately with the training for my upcoming 10-miler and half marathon. So, I thought I would share what my training schedule looks like! If you’re interested take a look, print out the calendars, and let’s run together!
This past Sunday I ran my first 10K!! I have been working on my running over the past few months and completed a 5K not too long along. I was working toward this particular 10K because I feel like if you are from Maryland this is the one to do – Across the Bay 10K.
So, If you have been following the blog for a bit you have seen my running journey. It all started in June when I decided I should train to run a 5K. Well, I completed C25K at the end of July. But, now what? What is the next chapter in my running story? Here is an update!
In June I shared a blog post about my starting to run. If you follow me on Instagram you have seen that I have continued to follow the C25K training plan…and I am almost to the end! This week I will officially run my first full 5K! Over the past 8 (ish) weeks I have learned a lot about running and more importantly myself! So, let me update you on it all!
