New Year’s Resolutions: 2019

Happy New Year!!

With a new year there comes new goals and resolutions to make 2019 the best year yet. No matter whether you call them goals, aspirations, or resolutions it doesn’t matter. They allow you to work toward something and (hopefully) feel a sense of achievement this time next year.

I decided to share my resolutions with all of you this year so I have some accountability. I have some big ones to check off the list and I want to make sure I am able to get them done. As I  work my way through the resolutions I will make sure to report back – good or bad I will let you know how they go!

Positivity and Your Health

From the very beginning of this blog, I have shared my love of optimism. If you are optimistic there is a better chance good things will happen…at least that is the trend I have seen. (Don’t get me wrong, crappy things still happen. They are bound to happen no matter what you do.) But, could optimism not only help you have a better outlook on life but also help you be healthier?
