Here is another easy recipe for everyone! These Mini Turkey Meatloaves are delicious and perfect for lunch or dinner. I even went the extra mile and made homemade, low-carb ketchup!
Fall is finally upon us…even though today’s 80-degree weather would disagree! However, last week I was feeling some soup. So, I decided to make SkinnyTaste’s Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Cauliflower Soup.
I love zoodles! And I love zoodles even more when I don’t have to zoodle a zucchini myself 🙂 So, when I found zoodles ready to go at Aldi, my day was made! This recipe idea stemmed souly from the fact that Aldi had zoodles in stock. Also, I wanted to make some protein sources for meal prep that I could freeze for later use.
So, I made a crap ton of meatballs, ate some of them last week, and stored the rest in the freezer for later.
If you like easy recipes, 30 minutes meals, garlicky deliciousness, and zoodles this recipe is for you!
Another day…another recipe for a casserole! I feel like it has been the summer of casseroles for me. They are easy to make, you can eat off of them for days, and it feels like comfort food!
Plus, it’s a little bit of a challenge to try and make them healthy. Casseroles usually have a ton of cream, cheese, bread, etc. in them. Working my way around ingredients that aren’t Ideal Protein approved has been a fun puzzle to figure out!
I think this casserole might be my favorite! I have made this Southwest Chicken Cauliflower Casserole twice over the past month!
Looking for a dish to take to your next cookout, family reunion, or get together this summer? I’ve got you covered. My friend Melissa made Cauliflower Tabbouleh this weekend for a cookout we had and it was a hit! I just had to have her share the recipe so I could share it with all of you!
This tabbouleh is light and perfect for a hot summer day. Plus, it’s super healthy! Works as a great alternative for potato or macaroni salad. And, it would be perfect for an Ideal Protein Phase 1 lunch!
