Being healthy on a road trip can be hard…you spend long hours in a car with nothing to do…there are convenience stores and fast food along the way…I get it!! However, it can be done! With a little preparation and a plan to stay active while you are away it will be like you never left the comfort of your daily routine!
For this trip, we drove to Wilmington, NC. If you have never been I highly recommend it! It is a cute little beach/river town with tons of things to do and see.
