My favorite indoor cycling studio has been a big part of my life for the past year. I did a Let’s Get Active Review of indoor cycling there and celebrated my birthday there with a Very Healthy Birthday. Not to mention the 3-4 times per week that I ride and all the friends I have made along the way!
Now, being a Spinbassador, my goal is to promote CycleFit within my community through social media and My Beautiful Ideal. I want everyone to feel the great effects of CycleFit whether you come once a month, once a week, or all the time.
The “CycleFit Effect” is different for everyone that decides to participate. So I thought for this blog post, I would share how CycleFit affects me and why I keep coming back to this great workout, studio, and group of people!
Last week I had to travel for work to San Francisco, CA. To help hold myself accountable and show that healthy traveling can be done I decided to document my journey for you – both what I ate along the way and all the activities I got up to.
Lately, I have been having trouble keeping my head in the game of weight loss. I have been at this for a while now, with plenty of success. But, I would have to say things have slowed down over the past few months.
