My favorite indoor cycling studio has been a big part of my life for the past year. I did a Let’s Get Active Review of indoor cycling there and celebrated my birthday there with a Very Healthy Birthday. Not to mention the 3-4 times per week that I ride and all the friends I have made along the way!
Now, being a Spinbassador, my goal is to promote CycleFit within my community through social media and My Beautiful Ideal. I want everyone to feel the great effects of CycleFit whether you come once a month, once a week, or all the time.
The “CycleFit Effect” is different for everyone that decides to participate. So I thought for this blog post, I would share how CycleFit affects me and why I keep coming back to this great workout, studio, and group of people!
So here are the top 5 ways CycleFit affects me!
1. It’s fun!
The number one rule of CycleFit is to have fun! Every single time I step into the arena and get ready to ride I know that it’s going to be a great time. The music is going to be excellent and the instructors are going to make me feel like I can do it! It’s the quickest 50 minutes that happen during my day.
Also, CycleFit is a community! I enjoy seeing all the instructors and my fellow riders everytime I go. I certainly feel like I have gained some friends! Plus, I really like to introduce friends from other parts of my life to CycleFit.
2. It’s a great workout!
No matter whether you take a Signature Class or a Cardio Challenge Class you will get a good workout. The more you go the more comfortable you will feel on the bike and finally, you will see the results! I can definitely see the changes in my body with a regular CycleFit routine. I have a much higher stamina, muscle definition, and a stronger core.

3. It’s a judgment-free zone!
Many gyms claim that they are judgment-free zones, but CycleFit truly is. Every time I walk through the door I feel 100% welcome. No matter whether I am having a good workout day or a bad one I know that I will get through it. You make each workout your own. The instructors give you all the encouragement they can, but depending on your needs, you can get on the bike and do what is best for you.
4. CycleFit is more than just spinning in a dark room!
CycleFit is always coming up with new and interesting ways to change up my workout. In addition to their normal 50-minute spin classes, they offer other options like Power Hour, 75-minute Rides, Outdoor Rides at SkyStage, and Yoga.
5. It’s cheaper than therapy!
I know that it is cliche to say that working out is cheaper than therapy…but I really do feel that is true at CycleFit. If I am having a bad day I know that I can go, take a class, and feel better. The thing that is stressing me out might still be there, but I am able to give myself 50 minutes to just clear my mind and relax. I may not have any control over my stress, but I do have the control to get myself to CycleFit and have the best workout I can!
