Happy Birthday Lettuce “Burritos”

One year ago today I put together my most popular blog post to date – my Lettuce “Burritos” with Mexican Cauliflower Rice.

I don’t know what made this recipe so popular…besides the fact that it is delicious and it embodies some serious low carb goals. But, I am glad that everyone has liked it, pinned it, and made it so many times.

Pork Chops with Dijon Gravy, Cauliflower Rice, and Broccoli

For this week’s recipe, I went in search of something involving pork. Boneless pork chops were on sale at the store and I had bought a large pack. I wanted to cook once on Sunday and have leftovers all week.

I was researching on SkinnyTaste (one of my favorites) and came across her recipe for Pork Chops and Dijon Herb Sauce.

The CycleFit Effect!

For those of you following me on Instagram and Facebook, you will know that I am one of four Spinbassadors chosen to represent CycleFit Frederick!

My favorite indoor cycling studio has been a big part of my life for the past year. I did a Let’s Get Active Review of indoor cycling there and celebrated my birthday there with a Very Healthy Birthday. Not to mention the 3-4 times per week that I ride and all the friends I have made along the way!

Now, being a Spinbassador, my goal is to promote CycleFit within my community through social media and My Beautiful Ideal. I want everyone to feel the great effects of CycleFit whether you come once a month, once a week, or all the time.

The “CycleFit Effect” is different for everyone that decides to participate. So I thought for this blog post, I would share how CycleFit affects me and why I keep coming back to this great workout, studio, and group of people!
