Christmas is upon us and the gift buying has started! Whether family members, friends, or even just yourself are trying to live a healthy lifestyle buying gifts for that person can be a struggle. Candy canes, Reese’s Peanut Butter Christmas Trees, and gift cards to their favorite restaurant aren’t going to cut it this year! Even buying clothes can be hard if they are losing weight!
Have no fear here is my gift guide for anyone on your list that is working to achieve a healthier lifestyle. I have grouped the gifts together depending on the type of person you are buying for: healthy eater, fitness buff, or calm body and mind. These products are some of my favorites and I would be happy with any one of these under my tree!
For the Healthy Eater:
Brita Water Filter: This one might seem weird, but when you are eating healthy you tend to drink lots of water. To save money on bottled water (especially if the tap tastes funky) a water filter is the way to go. A new water bottle is always a good bet too!
Primula Cold Brew Iced Coffee Maker: One of the better parts about dieting for me is that I can still have coffee! I really like iced coffee and I mix mine with my protein shake every morning. I don’t have to add any sweetener or cream because the shake is already sweet enough. Cold brew has been gaining popularity lately and you don’t have to pay Starbucks to make it for you…you can easily (and it’s cheaper) make cold brew at home. It’s much smoother and less bitter than hot coffee poured over ice.
Hamilton Beach Electric Spiralizer: Getting all your veggies in is an important part of any diet. Plus, if you make the veggies into noodles you can lower the carbs too! My favorite is zucchini noodles. You can make the noodles by hand, but why not use a fun gadget that will do all the hard work for you.
BlenderBottle Combo Pack: At least everyone that is on Ideal Protein should have one of these BlenderBottles, but over time they get kind of gross. If anyone needs a replacement I recommend this combo pack – you get a new bottle plus container to put vitamins, snacks, dressings, etc. in. Plus the container attaches the bottom of your bottle for easy transport.
Grocery Store Gift Card: This one is pretty self-explanatory – even you’re on a diet you gotta eat! Eating fresh veggies and protein can be expensive. Help someone out by getting them a gift card to their favorite grocery store.
For the Fitness Buff:
Nike In-Season Tr5 Shoe: A new pair of “sneaks” are always a good bet for someone who works out. I got these a few months back and have really liked them. They are super comfy and work great for Zumba!
Adidas Cushioned Socks: You always need socks! These socks from Adidas are super comfy and give you a little extra cushion so your feet aren’t sore.
Not Your Mother’s Plump for Joy Dry Shampoo: When working out your hair tends to get washed even more than it used to. To give your hair a break, try a dry shampoo. This one is my favorite and gives you volume for days!
For the Calm Body and Mind:
Secret Garden Coloring Book: Calm your mind and act like a kid again with a coloring book. I love books by Johanna Basford because her designs are beautiful! Color while drinking some tea or just chilling in front of the TV to get your mind off of things.
Audible Subscription: I love listening to audiobooks and Audible is my go-to source. I am able to listen to so many more books than I would ever be able to physically read. Sit back and relax while someone reads your favorite book.
Lush Handmade Cosmetics: No matter what type of cosmetic you are looking for Lush has it – bubble bath, bath bombs, lotions, soap, face wash, etc. Each product is handmade with natural ingredients and they smell divine. Unwinding in a Lush bath is a great way to relax.
Kiehl’s Nature Power Masque Collection: While in the bath a face mask will feel great and make your skin look even better. I like anything Kiehl’s has to offer, but this face mask trio lets you try them all.
Burt’s Bees Lip Balm: With dry winter upon us, hydration is important – and don’t forget your lips needs some hydration too! I hate dry, chapped lips! To combat them I have a Burt’s Bees Lip Balm everywhere – my desk, my car, my purse, my bedside table. This multi-pack makes sure your stocked and ready to go.
I hope this guide helps you with your healthy lifestyle gift shopping. Of these which one would you like to receive? Are there any other you would add to the list?
Happy Holidays Everyone!
