I enjoy writing my blog here at My Beautiful Ideal, but I really enjoy reading other people’s blogs and websites. From fitness to food to beauty to lifestyle I love to read about them all. Each website gives me ideas and inspiration for both my life and my writing.
I wanted to share with you some of my favorite blogs that help me live a healthy, full life!
Skinnytaste – some of the best healthy recipes around! Also, if you are on Weight Watchers the recipes come with the points already calculated. My favorite recipe is the Bangin Good Shrimp.
Peace Love and Low Carb – great ideas on how to make things low carb. My favorite recipe is the Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers.
Hungry Girl – another great place to look for healthy recipes. Also, has pages about dining out and remaking your favorite recipes to make them healthier.
Tasty on Buzzfeed – if you are on Facebook you have probably seen one of Tasty’s videos. The short recipe videos are the best idea they have ever had. I could watch them for hours!
POPSUGAR Fitness – covers everything from recipes to working out. Gives great ideas on how to workout at home and new fitness products that are coming out. I subscribe to their daily newsletter and find at least one helpful article to read. They also have YouTube workout videos that are 100% free.
SELF – even if you don’t subscribe to the magazine this website has a wealth of knowledge and ideas on how to incorporate fitness into your lifestyle.
Beauty/Lifestyle/Mix of Everything:
The Beauty Department – great hair and makeup articles. Features tutorials that teach you how to do pretty much everything!
Simply Taralynn – has a mix of everything, but Taralynn started out as a healthy lifestyle blogger too. Plus, she has gorgeous photos a plenty.
Zoella – travel, beauty, reviews, hauls Zoella has everything. Her YouTube channel is equally as interesting to watch especially around the holidays. She always has fun tutorials and reviews.
Tanya Burr – Tayna’s makeup tutorials are worth the price of admission, they are absolutely beautiful! She even has her own makeup line and her YouTube channel is also worth a watch.
The Tig – covers pretty much all the topics that have been mentioned above with a dash of giving back to your community and the world. As someone who really enjoys volunteering and giving back, I really like this component.
I hope my favorite websites and blogs help you to find some new ideas about living a healthy, beautiful life. What are some of your favorite blogs to read? Do you have any go-to recipes or workouts that you have found on any blogs? Let me know in the comments below!
